You should be able to access your website within a few minutes of unblocking. Please make sure you do not have any FAILED login attempts afterwards. Our firewall will trace every failed login attempt to the server. This includes; attempt access to FTP, control panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin, etc), SSH, emails, and all your websites.
